At Paradise Blooom, we value your trust and strive to ensure that every order reaches you safely, beautifully packed, and on time. Below are our policies regarding delivery and returns.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Order Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 4–7 business days. Customised items may take longer depending on the level of personalisation.

  • Shipping Partners: We ship via trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery across India.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 5–10 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

  • Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to unforeseen courier or logistical issues are beyond our control.

📦 Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

🔁 Return Policy

Since most of our products are personalised or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged or defective item

  • You receive the wrong product (e.g., incorrect design, name, or item not matching your order)

To request a return under these conditions:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • Email us at hello@paradiseblooom.com with your order number and unboxing video/photos as proof

If the issue is verified:

  • We will send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on product availability and the situation

  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging (if required)

❌ We do not accept returns for personalised items if the error is from the customer’s side (e.g., spelling mistake in names provided by the customer).

All the orders for the damage or defective or exchanges of the product will be delivered within 8 to 10 working days.

If your refund is approved in any circumstances then the amount will be credited to you with in 7 working days to the original payment method.

🛑 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placement.

  • Once production begins, cancellations are no longer accepted, especially for personalised items.
