1. Product Customization & Personalization
Most of our items, including Ibadat Boxes, Nikah Nama, and accessories, are custom-made or personalised. This includes names, dates, messages, or any specific detail provided by the customer.
➡️ Please ensure all details provided during the order are correct. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (e.g., incorrect names or spellings).
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Because our products are made to order and often customised, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:
You received a damaged or defective item
You received the wrong product (e.g., incorrect design, size, or item not matching your order)
If your order qualifies for return under the above conditions:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@paradiseblooom.com with unboxing video/photos as proof
The item must be unused and returned in original packaging
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order. After that, the production process begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ship all products within the specified timelines. However, delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not liable for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
