Shipping & Return Policy

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Partners: We ship through trusted, insured courier networks (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post) to guarantee secure transit.
• Delivery Delays: While we strive for punctual delivery, unforeseen logistical disruptions, state entry checks, extreme weather, or regional holidays are beyond our immediate control.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible Exceptions for Return/Exchange:

• You received a visibly damaged or defective item during transit
• You received an incorrect product (e.g. wrong design, wrong color scheme, or text mismatching your submitted order)

Procedure to Request an Exchange:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery parcel receipt.
• Email our support desk at hello@paradiseblooom.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID, along with a continuous unboxing video or high-clarity photographs showing the outer box and affected defect.
• The item must remain unblemished, unused, and retained in its original gift packaging.

Fulfillment of Approved Replacements & Refunds:

• All verified replacement orders for defective or transit-damaged items will be dispatched and delivered within 8 to 10 working days.
• If a refund is authorized in special circumstances, the full amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank account, UPI, or Card) within 7 working days.

🛑 Order Cancellation Policy

Because our artisans immediately schedule raw material cutting, resin pouring, and gold foil embossing:

• Orders may strictly be cancelled within 4 hours of placement.
• Once atelier production commences after the 4-hour window, cancellations or alterations cannot be entertained, particularly for custom names or Nikah dates.
