1 Product Customization & Personalization

Most items in our boutique—including our signature Ibadat Gift Boxes, handcrafted Resin Rehels, Nikah Nama Certificates, and bridal hampers—are custom-made, artisan-poured, and personalized to your specific order.

2 Return & Exchange Policy

Because all products are made to order and customized with unique sacred calligraphy or personal names, we do not accept returns or discretionary exchanges, with strict exception to:

• Receipt of an item with visible physical transit damage or structural defect
• Receipt of the incorrect product entirely (e.g. wrong design or incorrect item not matching your order receipt)

In such cases, customers must contact hello@paradiseblooom.com within 48 hours of package delivery with photographic or unboxing video proof. The item must be preserved unused in its original gift packaging. Upon verification, a priority replacement will be dispatched.

We partner with reputable Indian logistics networks (India Post, BlueDart, Delhivery) to fulfill timely delivery. Typical transit periods range between 5 to 10 working days following dispatch.

Delays arising from unforeseen climatic disturbances, carrier logistical bottlenecks, or inaccurate addresses provided by the patron remain outside our direct control.

5 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, graphic layouts, custom resin artwork, photography, calligraphy compositions, typography, and website code on Paradise Blooom are the exclusive intellectual property of the brand and its founder. Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial exploitation, or unauthorized mirroring without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
